And that is how you do it. No guessing, and easy to heat and eat. For the next 3 days my meals are ready. 

Protein and Oatmeal shakes for breakfast. Protein shake as a second snack of the day. 3 meals of chicken and rice. 5 total meals a day. I have an extra for dinner tonight. 💪🏼

Water and BCAA’s to drink throughout the day.
