I will tell you something, if you don’t take vitamins, you are depriving yourself. 

People say that you just pee them out and they are useless. 

I have been taking my vitamins daily again, and what a difference. 

I have more energy and focus. I am not dragging ass and I feel like I am on target. 

Yes, your body will get rid off excess nutrients that it doesn’t need, but it will absorb and process what it does need. 

I take a females vita-pak, which can be costly, but any multi-vitamin will do. 

With my hospital stay, and my progression to full recovery, it is essential to help boost my bodys processes. I had low iron last blood draw. So, that in itself can cause lethargy. 

Take care of yourself folks. There is only one you!
